BCom LLB (Hons.)

Overview

Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law BCom LLB (Hons) is a five-year undergraduate program and from this course students are taught both commerce and law subjects. It includes various disciplines such as business Statistics, Business Communication, Auditing, Economics, Law of Contract, Consumer Protection Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Crimes, Legal Language, Interpretation of Statutes and Constitutional Law etc. This program is divided into 10 Semesters in accordance with the rules and regulations of UGC and BCI. In each semester there is two mid semester test i.e. MST-1 and MST-2 and an assignment work (written) in each semester.

During this course program students will acquire adequate knowledge, Business Communication Skills, Drafting, Pleading and Conveyance, Professional Ethics, Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Moot court exercise besides achieving remarkable improvement in their overall personality. Graduates can opt for various career options after BCom LLB (Hons) such as a document drafting lawyer, criminal lawyer, civil litigation lawyer, legal analyst and government lawyer.

The course is best suited for those, who want to study management and business subjects along with the law. B Com with LLB is a great career choice for those who have an interest in business and law together as it allows candidates to gain full knowledge and gain two degrees within the span of five year i.e. Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law.


ELIGIBILITY

  •  The Candidates can pursue B Com LLB (Hons) Programme right after completing the 10+2 class with any stream.
  •  Admission to the B Com LLB (Hons) Degree Program is purely on the basis of merit as assessed through a Sage Entrance Exam (SEE) conducted for the purpose.
