Overview

MBA in HR (Human Resource) is one of the most opting specializations of management courses and is a challenging and stimulating programme of management. It is a two year course where the students are taught about the strategic management, human resource development and legal aspect management. They also learn about the about the cultural, social and economic factors that influence employees' relation.

A human resource manager is the most important part of any organization/company as they manage and take care of the entire workforce of any organization thus have an immense contribution in the welfare of the organization.

    » The candidates applying for the MBA program should be a graduate with at least 50% marks in graduation in case of General category and 45% marks in case of ST,SC,OBC category of Madhya Pradesh from any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or from foreign university recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)or Institute recognized by the concerned University as equivalent thereto.
