BJMC (Bachelor of Journalism and Communication) is a three-duration undergraduate degree course for candidates who wish to build their career in the field of journalism and mass communication. After successfully completing the course candidates are able to develop as well as refine their skills of gathering, transmitting, and delivering information to a large audience.
Students in the program will:
Receive an education that combines professional skills to attain the core values and competencies of the profession in Journalism and Mass Communications;
Be guided by a dedicated and diverse faculty with the proper mix of academic and professional backgrounds to ensure excellence in teaching and advising;
Experience a required internship program that affords them the opportunity to work with some of the nation’s leading professionals while matching classroom learning with on-the-job reality;
» Prospective students should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from are recognized school board.
» A Minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course.
» Qualifying and fulfilling the cutoff of SAGE university entrance exam.
