SAGE University Bhopal Hosts Inter-School Basketball Tournament with 34 Teams; Finals Set with High Enthusiasm

Bhopal: SAGE University Bhopal is successfully hosting an exciting Inter-School Basketball Tournament, bringing together young talent from across the city and nearby regions. The tournament has witnessed participation from 34 teams, including 23 boys’ teams and 11 girls’ teams, showcasing remarkable enthusiasm and competitive spirit among students.

The tournament, which commenced on April 15, has progressed with intense matches and impressive performances. In the boys’ category, Bal Bharti School has secured its place in the finals after delivering a strong performance. The second finalist will be decided after a match between AHM Public School and Carmel Convent School.

In the girls’ category, St. Thomas School advanced to the finals with a decisive victory over St. Montfort School by 40–21. The upcoming semifinal between St. Joseph School and Iconic Public School will determine the second finalist.

The final matches are scheduled to take place on April 18 at SAGE University campus, promising an exciting conclusion to the tournament. This initiative by SAGE University Bhopal aims to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy competition among school students. The event not only provides a competitive platform but also encourages holistic development beyond academics.
