Day Three of the leadership training programme Echelon-2020 at Sage University, Bhopal is at its last phase. In this third day session management guru discussed about the five golden rules of leadership and different goal setting techniques. During the session he stated that one should respect their responsibilities and subordinate and must be willing to do anything for the benefit of the institution or company.
A leader should not form an opinion and should always respect others. More then 50 members of the Sage Group participated in this program at Sage University Bhopal's well structured campus. Just like day two, day three also started with Yoga and morning walks.
