A leader should and must think out of the box. At day two management guru N. Raghuraman introduced the true qualities of a leader to Sageians. This three day long leadership training programme at Sage University, Bhopal so far proved to be a successful one as all the participants are getting lots of knowledge about and around being a leader that will definitely benefit everyone for sure.
The second-day session of the three days ongoing leadership training program Echelon -2020 was based on the ethics of leadership in which Mr. N. Raghuraman stated that a leader should nurture, inspire and support their subordinates as well as colleagues. He said every leader must invest two more hours than others to think and plan.
