SAGE University, Bhopal is organizing a 3 days ‘Leadership Programme’ by the famous management Guru and Columnist Mr. N. Raghuraman. The objective of the program is to inculcate the leadership skills in the faculties and members of the Sage Group through experimental learning.
The program started today i.e. on 5th of October 2020 at 09:00 A.M. with an opening speech by the Executive Director of SAGE University, Ms. Sakshi Agrawal followed by a welcome speech by the Director of SAGE University Bhopal Dr. Ashish Dutta. The Vice Chancellor SUB Mr. V.K. Jain has welcomed Mr. N. Raghuraman with his bouquet of words.
In his opening session Mr. N. Raghuraman underlined the meaning of the word ‘Echelon’ which is ‘Systematic Working Format’. He said it is inspired by the ‘V’ Formation of birds, created by them when they need to migrate or fly for long distances. These long distances need every member to posses leadership qualities in them. So that anyone of them can play the role of a leader when needed. This ensures the achievement of the goals and objectives as team work and leadership quality is a must for any and every organization.
During his interactive session Mr. N. Raghuraman taught the importance of learning the Practical and Theoretical Aspects of Corporate Planning and sharing of Responsibilities and Authorities.
In the upcoming days of the programme Mr. Raghuraman will take sessions to instill the importance of listening, Interpretation of facts, importance of farsightedness, Time utilization, Importance of Narration, Team building, Essence of corporate Attire and Hygiene, mental & physical fitness and abouth the importance to be happy.
