SAGE University, Bhopal signed a MoU with the University of Venda on May 10, 2022. The representative Dr. NB Nthambeleni in his capacity as Vice Chancellor and Principal graced the ceremony. The University of Venda (UNIVEN) is higher institution established in terms of the Higher Education act 101 of 1997 as amended, situated in Thohoyandou, Vhembe district of the Limpopo province of South Africa. Its mission is to offer a range of undergraduate and post graduate qualifications’ in fields of study that are responsive to the development needs of the southern African region, using appropriate learning methodologies and research.
The agreement promotes international cooperation in research and education and development of exchange programs to foster common understanding between parties. The MoU will have the duration of five years with the option of renewal.
Under this MoU, both the parties joined hands for of exchange of scholars, faculty exchange, exchange of representative, exchange of researchers, exchange of administrative staff, student exchange, development of dual programs, exchange of academic information, documentation material, research and publications, development of joint research programs and creation and organization of other joint initiatives.
