Earth is our home. It's our sole responsibility to conserve and nurture our mother Earth.To safeguard the same every year we celebrate World Earth Day to make people aware of the importance of our planet Earth. This year also to be an integral part of World Earth Day, under the aegis of SUB, School of Agriculture celebrated *World Earth Day 2023.* The event started with the Expert Talk of Dr. Deepak Kher, Dean, School of Agriculture on the topic *Contribute towards a safer Planet* which was also the United Nations theme of World Earth Day 2023.
The event also included Poster competition and Quiz competition based on the theme "Invest in Our Planet" followed by a Plantation drive in SUB campus.
Students participated in the event with full enthusiasm and showcased their talent.
The programme ended with the beautiful note of "The fight for a healthy and just planet continues. Not only on Earth Day but every day, let's celebrate this beautiful planet and let's make compassionate choices to positively impact our planet and its inhabitants.
