SAGE University Bhopal has signed a MoU with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Raisen (M.P.), India on 22 May, 2024. The MoU has been signed by Hon’ble Director General Dr. Ashish Dutta on behalf of SAGE University Bhopal and Hon’ble Chairman Mrs. Ajit Khandelwal on behalf of Mahalwala Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Raisen. To impart mutually agreed programs of trainings to students of Agriculture and Allied students of Sanjeev Agarwal Global Educational University, Bhopal M.P. To enhance knowledge, skills, attitudes, and awareness among the students of Sanjeev Agarwal Global Educational University, Bhopal in their respective fields of agriculture. To organize field visit, RAWE Course and AIA for the students of Sanjeev Agarwal Global Educational University, Bhopal M. P. DKVAAS shall provide the opportunities to make the students familiar with socio-economic conditions of the farmers and their problems. DKVAAS shall impart diagnostic and remedial knowledge to the students relevant to real field situations through practical training. Jointly conduct Seminars/Webinar/Workshops/Training courses. While carrying out the training at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Raisen, the students shall be under the disciplinary control of the competent authority of the institution Sanjeev Agarwal Global Educational University, Bhopal M.P. Conducting need based training of farmers to update their knowledge and skills in modern agricultural technologies. Conducting training of extension personnel to orient them in the frontier areas of technology development. Work as knowledge and resource centre of agricultural technology for supporting initiatives of public, private and voluntary sector for improving the agricultural economy of the district. In addition, in order to speed up the process of dissemination of technology, a large number of various extension activities and production of seeds and planting materials, livestock, poultry and fisheries breeds and various bio-products are taken up by the KVKs. To implement all such schemes of the ICAR and other related organizations which intend to strengthen the training and technology dissemination programmes as well as follow-up extension activities of the Kendra.
